Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to hob.farm, HobFarm products, public demos, member areas, digital downloads, online courses, generated media tools, and related support channels. By visiting the site, creating an account, buying a product, using a demo, or requesting support, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use HobFarm services.

Who We Are

HobFarm is a creative technology studio based in Las Vegas, Nevada. HobFarm builds and sells digital media products, memberships, creative tools, educational materials, image and video generation credits, downloadable visual assets, and software-enabled creative workflows for creators.

HobFarm products may include AI-assisted character art, gallery packs, book and album cover concepts, process files, prompt and workflow materials, online courses, custom creative work, and public experiments connected to the HobFarm, StyleFusion, Grimoire, and Daily Signal systems.

Services and Product Scope

HobFarm services may include:

  • hob.farm: the public website, blog, project pages, gallery, help center, legal pages, account pages, and public demos.
  • StyleFusion: a creative image and visual workflow system for style exploration, character art, reference analysis, prompt compilation, and generated media.
  • Grimoire: a visual vocabulary, knowledge graph, and prompt development system used for creative direction and educational material.
  • Daily Signal: a public creative prompt and visual pattern report. Daily Signal is inspiration and creative commentary, not advice, prediction, professional guidance, or a guaranteed production result.
  • Gallery and media packs: public examples, downloadable assets, process files, prompt packs, reference material, and other visual collections.
  • Memberships: recurring or time-limited access to member content, experiments, generation tools, private downloads, credits, educational materials, community updates, or related benefits.
  • Generation credits: usage-based credits or allowances for image, video, prompt, or workflow generation. Credits are a license to use the applicable service and are not cash, stored value, or a financial instrument.
  • Courses and educational products: lessons, templates, walkthroughs, documentation, recordings, and other learning materials.
  • Custom work: commissioned creative direction, AI-assisted production, cover concepts, gallery packs, consulting, or implementation services.
  • Marketplace and physical products: products sold through third-party platforms, print-on-demand providers, or external storefronts.

Specific product pages, checkout pages, invoices, or order confirmations may add product-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific checkout or product terms control for that purchase.

Accounts and Access

Some HobFarm services may require an account, membership, invite, authentication through Cloudflare Access, or another access provider. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and access links secure.

Do not share paid access, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape member content, resell account access, or use automated systems in a way that harms service availability.

HobFarm may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates security risk, causes payment risk, abuses the service, or violates applicable law.

Purchases, Renewals, and Payment Platforms

HobFarm may accept payments through Stripe, Ko-fi, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, marketplace platforms, or other payment providers. These providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies. HobFarm does not store full card numbers or bank account credentials on hob.farm.

Prices, taxes, currency, billing intervals, included credits, renewal dates, cancellation options, delivery details, and access periods are shown at checkout or in the relevant product listing when a paid product is available.

For subscriptions or memberships, billing may renew automatically until canceled through the applicable platform or account area. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next billing period.

You agree to provide accurate billing, tax, and contact information. You also agree not to use unauthorized payment methods, stolen cards, fraudulent disputes, or payment platform abuse.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund Policy. Digital products, generated media, credits, courses, memberships, custom work, and physical or print-on-demand marketplace products may have different refund rules because delivery and production costs differ.

Nothing in the refund policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Your Content and Uploads

You keep ownership of images, text, prompts, files, references, instructions, and other content you submit to HobFarm.

By submitting content, you grant HobFarm a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transform, display, transmit, and store that content as needed to provide the requested service, troubleshoot issues, improve safety, and deliver support. This license is limited to operating and improving HobFarm services unless you separately grant broader rights.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload content that you do not have rights to use, content that violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights, illegal content, malicious files, or content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you submit a real person’s likeness, voice, private information, copyrighted work, trademarked material, or commissioned material, you are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and releases needed for your use.

Generated Media

Generated images, video, text, prompts, metadata, and other outputs are provided as-is. AI-assisted systems are probabilistic and may produce artifacts, errors, unexpected similarity, distorted anatomy, incorrect details, or content that does not match your intent.

HobFarm does not guarantee that generated media is unique, copyrightable, registrable, non-infringing, suitable for commercial use, or accepted by any platform, publisher, client, marketplace, or rights office.

Subject to your payment, product license, and these terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial creative projects unless the product page says otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for making sure your use complies with law, platform rules, client requirements, and third-party rights.

HobFarm may display outputs you intentionally submit to public gallery features, showcase forms, contests, or public demos. We will not treat private uploads as public gallery submissions unless the product flow clearly says so or you give permission.

Downloads, Courses, and Product Licenses

Digital downloads and educational materials are licensed, not sold. Unless a product page says otherwise, your license is personal, non-transferable, and limited to your own creative or commercial production work.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload to stock libraries, package into competing products, share paid course materials publicly, or use downloads to train models or datasets unless the product page expressly allows that use.

Public Demos and Experimental Features

Public demos, previews, beta tools, Daily Signal entries, Grimoire experiments, and lab features are provided for evaluation and creative exploration. They may change, break, disappear, rate-limit usage, or produce incomplete results.

Do not rely on public demos as your only copy of important work. Save your own files and keep backups of anything you need.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use HobFarm services to:

  • Generate sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors.
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, or harmful deepfakes.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, intimidate, or target people or protected groups.
  • Create fraud, phishing, malware, spam, fake evidence, forged documents, or deceptive commercial content.
  • Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, platform, or other rights.
  • Circumvent access controls, rate limits, safety systems, payment controls, or provider restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, clone, or extract HobFarm systems, datasets, prompts, private workflows, or knowledge graph content.
  • Use HobFarm in a way that violates applicable law.

Third-Party Providers

HobFarm relies on third-party providers for hosting, security, analytics, authentication, AI generation, file storage, payments, tax handling, email, support, print-on-demand production, and marketplace delivery. These may include Cloudflare, Stripe, Ko-fi, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, AI model providers, and other operational vendors.

Third-party outages, model changes, moderation decisions, processing delays, payment holds, chargeback procedures, tax settings, marketplace rules, or policy changes may affect HobFarm services. HobFarm is not responsible for failures outside our reasonable control.

Service Availability

HobFarm is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any service, product, demo, feature, membership benefit, or credit system at any time.

We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, specific generation results, exact delivery times for experimental tools, or compatibility with every browser, device, marketplace, or creative pipeline.

Intellectual Property

HobFarm’s name, branding, website design, code, documentation, Grimoire knowledge systems, StyleFusion workflows, HobBot automation, Daily Signal structure, copy, product architecture, and proprietary creative systems are owned by HobFarm or its licensors.

You may not copy, clone, repackage, or present HobFarm systems as your own. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.

Disclaimers

HobFarm does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, psychological, investment, or professional advice. Creative prompts, Daily Signal entries, generated outputs, and educational materials are provided for creative and informational purposes.

You are responsible for your own publication decisions, rights clearance, business use, tax obligations, customer commitments, and platform compliance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HobFarm, its operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, rejected creative work, payment disputes, or harm arising from generated outputs.

HobFarm’s total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid HobFarm for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HobFarm, its operators, contributors, vendors, and payment providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your purchases, your generated outputs, your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights or law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as HobFarm products, payment flows, laws, or provider requirements change. The updated version applies when posted unless a different effective date is stated.

For material changes to paid memberships or products, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website, account area, email, or the applicable payment platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
