This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of HobFarm services, including StyleFusion, Grimoire, HobBot, Gallery, and the hob.farm website.
Acceptable Use
You may use HobFarm services to:
- Generate AI images for personal, creative, or commercial projects
- Explore and build creative directions using the Grimoire knowledge base
- Interact with the Grimoire chatbot for prompt development and creative guidance
- Share generated work in the Gallery (with appropriate attribution where applicable)
- Access blog content, documentation, and educational resources
- Use the API within documented rate limits and access permissions
Prohibited Use
You may not use HobFarm services to:
Harmful Content Generation
- Generate sexual, exploitative, or abusive imagery involving minors
- Create non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real people
- Produce content intended to harass, threaten, intimidate, or defame
- Generate content that promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism
Deception and Fraud
- Create images intended to impersonate real individuals for fraud or deception
- Generate fake evidence, forged documents, or misleading media
- Produce phishing material, scam content, or social engineering assets
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created in contexts where disclosure is legally required
System Abuse
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication, or rate limits
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization (see our Bug Bounty policy for authorized security research)
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or bulk-download content beyond normal API usage
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary models, pipelines, or knowledge graph data
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to HobFarm services without permission
Legal Violations
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
- Process personal data of others without proper legal basis or consent
Rate Limits and Fair Use
Services are subject to rate limits to ensure fair access for all users. Specific limits are documented per-service. Attempting to bypass rate limits (through multiple accounts, automated rotation, or other means) is a violation of this policy.
Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Warning and request to stop the prohibited activity
- Temporary suspension of access
- Permanent termination of access
- Reporting to law enforcement where legally required
We reserve the right to skip steps and take immediate action for severe violations. We also reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without notice.
