This Privacy Policy explains what HobFarm collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have. It applies to hob.farm, StyleFusion, Grimoire, Daily Signal, public demos, memberships, downloads, courses, generation credits, support channels, and related HobFarm services.
HobFarm aims to collect only what is needed to operate a creative technology business, deliver products, protect the service, and respond to customers.
What We Collect
Website and Device Information
When you visit hob.farm, infrastructure and analytics systems may process:
- IP address, request URL, timestamps, user agent, referrer, and security signals.
- Page views, traffic source, device type, browser type, approximate region, and aggregate usage data.
- Cookie or session data needed for security, authentication, rate limiting, and site operation.
HobFarm uses Cloudflare infrastructure and may use Cloudflare Web Analytics or similar privacy-conscious analytics. We do not use ad-tech tracking pixels to build advertising profiles.
Account, Membership, and Access Information
If you create an account, join a membership, access gated services, or authenticate through Cloudflare Access or another provider, we may process:
- Name, email address, account identifiers, login timestamps, authentication tokens, and access status.
- Membership tier, subscription status, credit balance, product access, usage limits, and account preferences.
- Security and anti-abuse data, including rate-limit events and access logs.
We do not store your password if authentication is handled by an external identity provider.
Purchases and Payment Information
HobFarm may accept payments through Stripe, Ko-fi, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, marketplace platforms, or other payment providers. These providers process payment information under their own policies.
HobFarm may receive and store payment-related records such as:
- Customer name, email, billing country or region, tax status, and order identifiers.
- Product purchased, amount, currency, payment status, invoice or receipt links, refund status, dispute status, and subscription status.
- Limited payment metadata from the provider, such as last four digits or card brand when made available for customer support.
HobFarm does not store full card numbers, bank account credentials, or card security codes on hob.farm.
Uploads, Prompts, and Generated Media
When you use creative tools, upload references, request generation, chat with Grimoire, submit gallery material, or buy custom work, we may process:
- Uploaded images, files, references, text, prompts, instructions, and project notes.
- Generated images, videos, text, prompt outputs, process files, and related metadata.
- Model selections, generation settings, timestamps, provider responses, errors, moderation signals, processing duration, and credit usage.
- Public submissions you choose to send to a gallery, showcase, testimonial, or community feature.
Support and Contact Messages
If you use the contact form, email HobFarm, request a refund, report a bug, submit a support ticket, or message through a payment platform, we collect the information you provide, including:
- Name, email address, subject, message, order details, attachments, and support history.
- Payment provider, order ID, account email, and screenshots if you include them.
- Anti-spam or verification data from Cloudflare Turnstile or similar systems.
Communications
If you subscribe to updates or buy a product, we may send transactional messages, account notices, product updates, receipts, support replies, security notices, and legally required notices. Marketing messages, if used, will include an unsubscribe path where required.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve HobFarm services.
- Deliver accounts, memberships, credits, downloads, courses, generated media, custom work, and support.
- Process orders, receipts, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, fraud checks, and disputes.
- Enforce terms, rate limits, acceptable use rules, and safety policies.
- Understand aggregate website usage and service performance.
- Communicate with you about your account, purchases, support requests, and service changes.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment network, marketplace, and regulatory obligations.
Payment Providers
If you pay through Stripe, Ko-fi, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, or another provider, that provider collects and processes payment details directly. Their systems may collect billing details, card or bank information, tax information, fraud signals, device information, and transaction history.
HobFarm uses payment provider records to verify purchases, provide access, answer support questions, issue refunds, handle disputes, and maintain tax and accounting records.
AI and Creative Service Providers
HobFarm may use third-party AI model providers, infrastructure providers, storage providers, and creative workflow tools to generate or process media. Depending on the product, prompts, generation settings, uploaded references, or output data may be sent to those providers as needed to deliver the service.
We try to send only what is needed for the requested workflow. Do not upload highly sensitive personal information, confidential business material, private medical information, financial records, or material you are not allowed to process through third-party services.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure and security providers, including Cloudflare.
- Payment, tax, marketplace, and subscription providers, including Stripe, Ko-fi, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, and related processors.
- AI model, media processing, storage, and workflow providers used to deliver creative services.
- Email, support, analytics, logging, and operational vendors.
- Print-on-demand, shipping, or marketplace providers when a product requires physical fulfillment.
- Professional advisers, authorities, payment networks, or courts when needed for legal, tax, dispute, safety, or compliance reasons.
- A successor organization if HobFarm is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer.
How Data Is Stored
HobFarm primarily uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, security, serverless functions, logs, and storage. Depending on the service, data may also be stored by payment providers, AI providers, email providers, marketplace platforms, and support tools.
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Providers may encrypt data at rest according to their own infrastructure practices.
Retention
Retention depends on the data type:
- Account and membership records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Purchase, refund, tax, accounting, and dispute records may be kept as long as required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, and payment network obligations.
- Support messages are kept as needed to respond, preserve context, and improve support.
- Uploads and generated media are kept according to the product flow, account settings, storage limits, or deletion requests.
- Public gallery or showcase submissions remain public until removed by HobFarm or by request when practical.
- Server logs and security logs are retained according to operational and provider policies.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be kept longer.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
HobFarm uses cookies and similar technologies for security, bot protection, authentication, rate limiting, session management, and basic analytics. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
Your Choices and Rights
You may contact HobFarm to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for payment, legal, tax, security, dispute, or legitimate business reasons.
You can also:
- Cancel memberships or subscriptions through the applicable platform or account area.
- Request deletion of uploads or generated media when the product supports it.
- Unsubscribe from non-transactional email if such email is offered.
- Use browser settings or blockers to limit non-essential scripts or cookies, though some security or account features may stop working.
Nevada Privacy Rights
HobFarm is based in Nevada. Nevada residents may submit a request regarding the sale of covered information. HobFarm does not sell personal information as that term is commonly used for data broker or advertising sales, but you can contact [email protected] for confirmation.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing or sale of personal information. HobFarm does not sell personal information to advertisers. To exercise rights, email [email protected].
International Users
HobFarm is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
Children
HobFarm is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information, we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no internet service is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and using caution when sharing sensitive files or personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as HobFarm products, payment providers, laws, or infrastructure change. The updated version applies when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
